The Waffle Liège was created in the 18th century for the Prince-Bishop of the city. Golden to the point, slightly caramelized, it exudes a divine vanilla scent and is revealed, on tasting, soft and crunchy.
Prepared exclusively with natural ingredients and in an artisanal way, its recipe has never changed since its inception. This recipe has also been fanatically followed by Royal Waffel, as tradition has it.
